SMS Text Messaging Terms of Use

Overview

Allen Engineering and Science, Inc. ("AllenES," "we," "our," or "us") may communicate with clients, vendors, applicants, employees, project partners, and other business contacts using SMS text messaging through Microsoft Teams.

By providing your mobile phone number, initiating a text message conversation with AllenES, requesting communication by text message, or otherwise consenting to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Text Messaging Terms of Use.

Types of Messages

AllenES may send SMS messages related to:

  • Project coordination and scheduling

  • Client communications

  • Vendor and contractor communications

  • Recruiting and hiring activities

  • Employment-related communications

  • Meeting and appointment coordination

  • IT support and operational communications

  • Responses to inquiries you initiate

AllenES does not use Teams SMS for marketing campaigns, promotional messaging, mass texting, or automated bulk messaging.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with AllenES and the nature of our business relationship.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan. AllenES does not charge for text messages.

Consent

You may receive text messages from AllenES when you:

  • Provide your mobile number during business interactions.

  • Apply for employment with AllenES.

  • Contact an AllenES representative by text message.

  • Request communication via SMS.

  • Maintain an active business, employment, recruiting, vendor, or project relationship with AllenES.

How to Opt In

Individuals may opt in to receive SMS communications from Allen Engineering and Science, Inc. through one of the following methods:

  • Providing a mobile phone number during employment, recruiting, client engagement, vendor engagement, project participation, or other business interactions with AllenES.

  • Requesting SMS communications from an AllenES employee or representative.

  • Initiating contact with an AllenES employee by phone, email, or text message and agreeing to continue communications by SMS.

  • Providing a mobile phone number on employment applications, contact forms, registration forms, project documentation, or other business records where SMS communication is appropriate.

  • SMS Opt-In Form: Individuals may also opt in to receive SMS text messages from Allen Engineering and Science, Inc. by completing the official SMS Opt-In Form. This form collects explicit consent for SMS communications and is used to record and manage opt-in preferences.

By providing a mobile phone number and agreeing to communicate by SMS, individuals consent to receive conversational business messages from Allen Engineering and Science, Inc. related to their ongoing relationship with the company.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out.
